Sharpen once to improve the image quality

New Selective Color layer:

RED: -100, 21, 0, 0
YELLOW: 0, 0, 61, 0
GREEN: 55, 0, 8, 0
CYAN: -100, 0, 0, 0
NEUTRALS: 45, 0, 0, -2
BLACK: 98, 0, 0, 0

Another Selective Color layer

RED: -100, 0, 100, 0
GREEN: 41, 0, 54, 0
MAGENTA: 0, 33, 0, 0
NEUTRAL: -12, 0, 0, 0

Paste this texture (please remember me whose is this), reflect horizontaly and set the blending mode to screen. Then erase the parts that cover her face. Duplicate this level twice
Add this texture (again..if anyone know who made this, please tell me, so that I can credit) and set to Screent 100%. Move a little bit to the right and erase the parts that cover Hillary face.

Add a brush frame like this (check out the credit page in my livejournal) in black and set the layer to Overlay. Duplicate this layer and you're done!!
